★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the hot spring pools with my family. Absolutely horrible experience. The kitchen exhaust expelled right onto the pools making us nauseated by the smell of spoiled oil. Incredibly disgusting and uncomfortable. Addressed this to the staff who did nothing and said they didn't even smell it. I guess if you are use to sweage then this won't bother you. In addition the pool temperatures were all about the same despite the advertised 5 sets of different temp pools. Utterly disappointing experience. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanness of the hotel room is terrible but its 5-star hotel charge...?!? We found lots of hairs on the sofa in the room when we just checked into the room and the in-room desks are covered by dusts...?!? I wonder if there is inspector check the room cleaning work...!!!! As such, we don't even consider to use in-room hot spring pools (two hot spring pools) given the worrying the cleanness of the room....
The quality of breakfast is also poor. They did offer a wide range of selection of foods, however, the food material quality is not even a 2-star hotel, such as French Fry, meat ball, almond soup, fish ball, etc. all below expectation. You can easily find the wrong quality of leaves in simply fried vegetable served...??! In sum, a very disappointing stay...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice and clean. The food is OK, not a lot of western food, just chips, pasta etc. The beef and pork dishes were rather bland and chewy. Breakfast was much better than dinner. The pool and spa facilities were mostly well kept but a few of the spa functions didn't work but there were others of the same type that did work. The closing times of the pools are supposed to be 10pm, but they asked everyone to leave at 9:50. The staff are friendly and helpful. They can also pick up and drop off at the hsr, which is a 15 minute drive away. There's no convenience stores nearby but in the 24hr games room there's vending machines for drinks and snacks.

We could not get anything to eat when we arrived at 20.45 - no room service, closed Izakaya.
Luckily UberEats saved us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room for a dedicated hot spring is neat, and well organized. There are two queen-size beds in the room. The tank for the hot spring can serve 2 people simultaneously. The night view is spectacular. It's a good place to take a short break and refresh after a long day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I came here today not to sit in the heated swimming pool. The smell of chlorine is so strong!
I have been to this place since it opened. The hot spring used to be really good. I am not sure what I should call this right now.
Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for the afternoon tea buffet and the hot springs combo.. The food is very good and the hot springs are quite nice. Worth the 900nt dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the largest room (unless there’s a hidden room that I didn’t know), and the view from it was gorgeous.
It’s honestly too big for a person since there are two hot spring tubs, so I make one of them a hot spring rub and another one a cold spring tub.
It feels nice to chill at the balcony after the bath, enjoying a glass of wine as well as some jazz music
