用餐位子在3樓 坐電梯上樓 門口貼還在準備中 請勿進入(已經11:50了) 後來遇到一個小姐拿水壺出來 跟他說有訂位 確認我的位子後帶我入座 進去最左邊有兩桌圓桌 位子很窄 會一直和後面的人碰撞椅子 洗手間只有一間 永遠都有人 要菜單 等很久 服務先生說 因為另一位客戶在看(所以這麼大的餐廳只有一本菜單?)點餐是特定人拿平板點 我們說有預定雞 他點到一半 去後面確認再來(不能一次點完 再來回覆是不是有預定這道菜? 或是要點菜前先確認我們有預定什麼菜? 這個教育訓練令人無言) 金沙魚皮很特別 脆口好吃 菠菜豆腐外酥內嫩 牛肉嫩口不說 蒜片吃起來有口感 不會太薄 好吃 脆皮雞 雞胸肉部位不柴 皮脆 需要服務時都叫不到服務員 我們用餐時段 目測有3-4位服務員站門口附近 看得到用餐桌數大概3-4桌 包廂有沒有我不知道 但既然安排我們在裡面的桌位 是不是要有一位在離我們近的地方? 加茶還要跑去找服務員 用餐過程 有一位男服務生 一直進出我們旁邊的門 至少2次 什麼事情這麼緊急 要一直進出? 一直打擾客戶用餐? 餐後 隔壁桌有水果 我們沒有 或許點的菜不一樣 也或許我們要走了 沒有上 若是後者 那貴店員工訓練真的很糟 另外 很多菜色是需要預定的 第一次用餐者 建議做點功課 線上看過菜單 預定後再去 兩顆星是給廚師的肯定 服務人員 教育訓練真的很差勁 原來必比登評的單純只是料理

Or is it necessary to confirm what we have ordered before ordering? Educational training is speechless) The sand fish skin is very crispy and delicious. Spinach tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Beef is tender. Not to mention the garlic slices. The taste is not too thin. I can’t even call the waiter during the meal. We can see that there are 3-4 waiters standing near the entrance during the meal. The number of tables is about 3-4 tables. I don’t know if there is a private room. Where is it near us? I have to run to find a waiter when I add tea. During the meal, a male waiter kept coming in and out of the door next to us at least twice. Always interrupting customers' meals? After the meal, there is fruit at the table next door. Maybe the dishes we ordered are different or maybe we are leaving. If it is the latter, the staff training in your store is really bad. In addition, many dishes need to be reserved. First time diners suggest to do some homework online. The two stars after the menu is booked are definitely for the chef. The education and training of the service staff is really bad. It turns out that the only thing that must be rated is only the cooking.

This place is either Michelin recommended or star, not sure which. The food was too sweet for my taste. Everything had sugar in it; noodles, fried rice, etc.

The cuisines are authentic and delicious, offers small portions if you are only 2-4 people. The menu are not as extensive as two other famous Cantonese restaurants in Taichung. However the space setting is a bit crowded, and the service can be improved as it's obvious they are short of waiters (heard later on it was because there was a wedding banquet but it was not an excuse I'm afraid.)
