The early name of this temple was Linwei Fude Palace, and Linwei was the original place name. Yuanfeng Coal Mine in Linwei was opened in 1938. At the end of the monument, there is a note: "Builded in the 26th year of Guangxu in the Yuan Dynasty (33rd year of Meiji): Founders: Li Chengmei and Mr. Pan Min". It proves that Linweiford Palace has been here since 1900, and it has been here for more than 100 years. Linweiford Palace cuts straight ahead at Simole Creek. It faces a big bend in Simole Creek and lies at the end of the two small hills at the end of the Thumb Mountain and Nangang Mountain. The location is very special with mountains and waters behind.
