★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best beef noodle I have had in all of Taiwan. Spicy, strong beef flavor and tender beef plus I liked the slightly thinner noodle. We were also there on a Sunday and their was a stall selling deep fried donuts that were icing on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hole in the wall place that serves quality noodle soup. The menu is limited but they know what they're doing! Recommended by locals and they definitely delivered. The noodles were chewy and springy. The broth was full of flavor and even better with their spicy oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't any noisy tour groups! Taiwan is nice, you cld order beef meat soup noodles! As in "soup made fr beef" with noodles (NT35, S bowl n NT50, B bowl) and not be booted out of the shop! Of course if you like their tender 5pcs cubes of beef in your noodles it is price at NT80 for small bowl, yum!.. The soup is clear n ve a clean taste not the heavy herbal type. Do try the century egg with bean-curd n salty kelp platter for 1st timer of century egg. Order n sit, pay when the food arrv. Service is fast. Only chinese menu! Fr the left noodle soup w/o meat, 3rd column w meat..fr the rt meat w/o noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave it a 4 Star not because of it's taste but as an overall critic. Located at the Market Place in Rui Fang (瑞芳), a corner shop on the left。A little old looking but do not undermine it's taste for the looks. It's been selling for ages & the taste is great. Love the soup, beef & tendons cooked to it's best (soft), noodles just right to perfection (don't like those overcooked super soft noodles)
