★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The registration front desk has very terrible service, doesn't pick up the call. Sometimes pick up and close the phone. REALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

There is a shuttle bus from gate to the hospital. There are Markings to go for COVID test area. Every staff is very polite and helpful. They also emailed the report.
Overall everything was convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Taiwan hospitals to date. The doctor arrived half an hour late and while I can understand there's a number of reasons that might have held him up, a simple explanation or an announcement from the nurses would have gone a long way. Registration numbers still baffle me. Mine was from the first 20, but surprisingly a handful of patients with remote numbers for to see the doctor first. I accompanied my child and wasted a lot of time. Parents need to take time off work and students miss classes at school. My next visit will be at another hospital.
