一樓管理室人員服務親切，換證上樓後右後轉即可到達服務中心，門口人員詢問來意並協助抽取號碼牌，當天並沒有很多人，等候時間約三分鐘，提供雙證件及相關醫療單據並填寫申請書就好了，很迅速，覺得很方便。
