★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上打了好幾次電話都沒人接 ，可能跟中午用餐時間有關，到現場過了幾分鐘才有看來像主管的人招呼 。現場服務人員也有點冷淡 缺少熱誠，沒問清楚就印保單，也不是很專業的感覺。
 I made several calls in the morning but no one answered. It may be related to the lunch time. It took a few minutes before someone who looked like the supervisor greeted me. The on-site service staff was also a little cold and lacking in enthusiasm. They printed the insurance policy without asking, which was not very professional.

There is no claim settlement service at all, and there is no obvious note on the company’s website. It’s a waste of time to go. Only the head office at No. 237, Section 1, Jianguo South Road, Taipei City can accept claims.
