店家在沖洗照片前並未告知有藥水跟噴墨的不同,價錢也不同,只說4X6洗一張$4,於是我洗了200張,等拿到照片後發現照片色差不飽和,致電後得到照片和螢幕本來就不同的答案。因此又拿去別家照相館沖洗,洗完後發現真的與這裡洗得差太多,回到此店家老闆才說有不同機器價碼的不同,可是這些為何都不先告知消費者讓消費者選擇呢?消費者是外行如果你不先說我們真的不會知道,如果你先告知我就會選擇"飽和銳利"的呈現方式,我可以多加錢。老闆還一直說很多客人就是喜歡這種柔和的~那不喜歡的消費者怎麼辦?付錢自認倒楣?我現在這200張老闆所謂"柔和"的照片不就都報銷了?$800直接打水飄~隨圖附上左邊"柔和"和右邊其他家同價位洗的照片比較,供其他消費者參考
The store didn’t tell me that there is a difference between inkjet and syrup before developing the photos. The price is also different. They only said that a 4X6 wash is $4. So I washed 200 photos. After I got the photos, I found that the color difference of the photos was not saturated. I got the photos after calling. The answer is different from the original screen. So I took it to another photo studio to wash it. After I finished washing, I found that it was really different from here. When I returned to this store, the boss said that there are different price codes for different machines, but why didn’t I inform consumers about them first? The choice? Consumers are laymen. If you don’t tell me first, we really won’t know. If you tell me first, I will choose the "saturated and sharp" presentation. I can add more money. The boss keeps saying that many customers just like this kind of softness~ What about the consumers who don’t like it? Pay and think it’s a shame? Now, the 200 pictures of the boss’s so-called "soft" photos will all be reimbursed? ~ Attached to the picture is the comparison of the "soft" on the left and the photos washed at the same price from other homes on the right, for reference by other consumers
