1.坑錢。2.服務態度奇差。3.不管客人是否站好姿勢就拍照。4.未經客人同意，擅自更改客人挑選要沖洗的相片，客人不接受的話，就必須再付800(兩張5x8)沖洗自己原先所挑的照片。5.幾乎可斷定這照相館的老闆是抓住了老啊嬤很辛苦才爬又窄又小的樓梯再上2樓拍照，所以狠搶錢，狠隨便，不理客人的要求自己要洗哪張就哪張，客人不接受就再付錢。
