The dental office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They can speak English and understand your concern. They are very professional and my dentist was really good. She took care of my dental problem. Would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

The nurses are helpful and willing to listen to your problem and concern. Though I know I didn’t book appointment, but it doesn’t mean that I deserve this kind services. And makes me concern more and anxious about my teeth... If you have urgent problems, look somewhere else.

I went to this dentist without an appointment beacause I needed some consultation. Of course I had to wait for about an hour but the recptionists were really friendly and spoke English sufficiently as well as the dentist Dr Natasha Huang. She seemed very skilled and used very new and professional looking tools.

Complete and utter Nightmare! I went in for a simple cavity filling. The dentist, I forget her name, did an x ray and told me I needed to 5 root canals and crowns! Yes, she said 5! She said she could start today, and since my tooth had sensitivity to hot and cold fluids, she said it was urgent! So I did it! Worst mistake of my life! Even as she injected Anesthesia it hurt. She didn’t wait even a few minutes to start drilling. The entire time it hurt. That’s not even the worst part! When I got home that night I couldn’t even sleep!!! It hurt like hell!! I had to rush to the local ER! Then schedule to have microscopic root canal at Adventist Hospital to correct the failed root canal she did. Beware! They want your money, especially if you’re a foreigner! And so many of these reviews are fake, if you look closely, u can see for yourselves! I never write bad reviews, but this one is clearly deserved! Unethical Medical Practices! Just care about $$$$. Oh yeah, the dentist was also so rude, she put all the tools on my chest, doesn’t she have a table for that? Again, just unbelievably unethical! Sure, the office is nice and clean, but I’m here for dental treatment not interior design showroom! Get it right, take care of people and not just your pockets!!!!

Changing my review. My tooth was not treated appropriately, instead of root canal treatment, doctor just changed the filling, when the root canal was infected. I had to go to a different clinic, where they took good care of it. Also, they will not spend on you more than 20-30 minutes, while the price is pretty expensive. My husband also was unsatisfied with the service he got there.

I went to this dental office a couple different times. The first time for a cleaning and to have my wisdom tooth looked at in hopes of removing it. The cleaning was extremely painful and felt very rushed. I was told I had to book another appointment to have my wisdom tooth removed. Fine, no problem. I asked if I could have a different doctor for that appointment. I had to wait a few weeks longer. Fine, no problem. When I finally went back to have my wisdom tooth removed, I was poked at for a second and referred to a wisdom tooth specialist. The reason they are getting three starts from me is for cleanliness of the office, and the staff spoke englEngand was helpful to me.

Amazing place! The decor is nice, free wifi is fast, and staff is very friendly and professional. I went because I had some cavities discovered during a regular cleaning in America that would be over 900 to fix. Since they weren't hurting I decided to wait to get them fixed during my summer vacation in Taiwan. I'm glad I waited and I'm especially glad I went here! In total, I had 4 cavities fixed, which cost 11,000 taiwan dollars (2k for consultation and x ray, 2k each for two minor cavities, and 2.5k each for two cavities that were multilateral). The dentist was thorough and made sure to discuss options and price upfront with me. The best part is, this office is super efficient! I called ahead the day before to make an appointment and got one for the next morning. I was in and out within an hour! This saved me a lot more time to sight see and eat. The only thing that could be considered a negative is that they don't use anesthesia at first unless you request it. However, I preferred to do it this way despite the pain at times because it meant I could eat right after my visit. Can not recommend this place enough!

It was my first dental cleaning in a few years, and to my surprise, I had 3 serious cavities (I blame the delicious bubble tea in Taiwan for that!). The doctor discussed options with me. One of my cavities was so deep that she said I might need a root canal. In the past, I have treated very serious cavities with just a filling and had no problems several years later, so I asked her to please remove the decay as best as she can and treat it with a regular filling. She spent a long time with me during her lunch break to make sure all my fillings could be done the same day, since I was leaving Taiwan a few days later. Now it is almost 4 months later, and I have no issues! People leaving reviews here need to understand that fillings are not guaranteed to work in every case, sometimes the condition of the tooth will continue to deteriorate and a root canal will be needed eventually. It is sometimes unavoidable. The patient needs to understand the risks involved in choosing cavity treatments before complaining about the care they received. For the record, I had NO pain after my visit, the price was reasonable, everyone spoke English, and I was treated kindly every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Huang!
