設計師場勘沒帶尺，問問題都說要回去與公司確認，當下就感覺不專業
但因為喜歡貴司設計，願意等待想說會公司團隊有不同看法
等了一個月，問了進度
對方回覆：抱歉，太忙了不接我們這案
那怎麼不要開始就說清楚呢？
該設計師太忙不接案也不能派其他設計師？
⋯很失望
浪費時間！

The designer did not take a ruler in the field survey. When asked questions, he said that he had to go back to confirm with the company. I felt unprofessional at the moment.
But because I like your design, I am willing to wait and think that the company team has different views
Waited a month and asked about the progress

So why don't you just say it clearly at the beginning?
The designer is too busy to accept the case and can't send other designers?
