★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this hotel is located right at the beach, so the view is amazing. however food-wise it is not as great. I had buffet lunch that day and nothing worth remembering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is well-situated and relatively modern. Unfortunately, facilities are not well maintained and falling into disrepair. Outdoor fencing is tarnished and rusted in places. The room was large and beautifully furnished but lacking in the small amenities found in a finer resort. Peeling wallpaper in the room. Lobby store was inexplicably closed for an entire morning because no one could locate the key. Food service quality buffet. No late check-out exceptions. No room service. Worst offense is the poorly maintained and dirty beach which one would suppose to be the prime asset for a resort such as this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Star hotel is the only thing they're gonna get, it should be one star, or less. Emily Wu was not helpful at all, after being denied early check in, which is ok, we asked to just sit in the lounge and eat. That wasn't possible either, and no sign of her attempt to find a solution for us with 3 babies. Guess we will just sit on the floor. Horrible horrible introductory service. Reconsider greatly before booking this place.
Or book it when Emily Wu isn't working here.

No extended checkout time, all they say is it's full full full full! Not happy at all, just wanted an hour extension.... They love denying you, all they care about is money.
Bad breakfast selection as well. Not coming back ever and will notify others not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great on my first and second visit, unfortunately not on my third. It's understandable, it was a long weekend, visitors were as many as they were. Staffs were tired to deal with visitors are reasonable! We lived in a villa, on my third visit. We haven't checked out and it's not 12 o'clock at the time. But we weren't able to enter our room after an amazing experience at the general spring. As it turns out, they cancel our room card before letting us know.

Beach is nice (ticket fee has to be paid as well since the beach is part of a sand castle show).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to stop for food after hiking caoling trail.
Food and drinks are not cheap at all. 2 drinks and 1 8 inch pizza cost 900NT. But we needed a place to cool down and rest after a long hike and decided to sit here anyway. Staff were friendly and service was really good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely beach to be with your kids, family or friends ! Didn't see much for surfers or swimmers, but walking beside, making yourself wet and letting kids running around in very shallow areas, playing with them was just so much fascinating ! Also, one can lie down and enjoy the sunbathing too...! Rating 5 stars for its location, conveniency and the scenery around it! Hey...!! You can take a bike ride too.... lot to do and experience in this place!
If ever you have chance to visit this place... don't miss it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very good, all facilities, staff are very nice. We got free upgrade to japenese room with balcony and ocean view, which was pleasant surprise as it was national day long weekend and hotel was fully booked. After check in, Emily, from the reception, escorted us till our room which was very kind of her. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly here. Hotel has lot of activities and diy to offer. Overall a good hotel to enjoy quality family time.
