To start with the Breakfast buffet is not continental as any star hotel is supposed to be.Menu is mainly local Chinese cuisine, bread,Kelloggs and egg ws my staple during my 10days on business stay. Fruits everyday is watermelon. orange some days if u r lucky. Rooms always smelled like cigarette smoke and poorly lit hardly 4 bulbs in which 1 was not functional, so a bit of pain to work on laptop at night... i got used to this smell almost believing it could be room freshener fragrance of new kind. Bed is good.Toilet is spacious with tub. Housekeeping staff is courteous and always used to change used slippers which was not really required. The front desk executives was polite and nice and helped me for local routes/bus details/shuttle booking. Wifi connection is pathetic and i ended up using my mobile data and tethering. The rooms are controlled by centralised AC and no user control to customers for choosing desired temperature.Which is strange. Had tough time to explain this to the staff who always said cannot make it more hot as other customer prefer more cold and certalised control meaning the temperature buttons in each room is dummy and will not reach the desired room temperature. The swimming pool is also not functional in March and opens only in May ,which is againg strange. Gym is Good , Sauna is not functional. The shuttle van was good with a polite driver always maintaining the Drop and Pickup timings. Overall average hotel in terms of infrastructure. Only the Staff courtesy and proximity to my workplace would bring me back to this hotel,if at all next time.

Nice place with spacious rooms. In terms of food, not very good for vegans but great for meat and fish lovers. Temperature in my room was capped at 23 degrees for some reason. If you're from the warm tropics, you'd find a bit cold. If you don't speak Chinese, then the TV in the rooms are as good as useless.

Comfortable room and provide spa for customer to use. Though this hotel do have it's own restaurant and cost many, but consider it's a buffet style restaurant so you may satisfied with the meal they offered with that price range. Even if you are not willing to spend that much money for eating inside the hotel, there are many restaurant nearby, so you can have a cheaper choice for your eating.

Highly not recommended! The first day we settled, TV is broken, notify room service but no one responded until the end of the second day. The bedroom door knob fell down and almost broke my toes. The bathroom door can’t shut down properly. The food is lousy and not clean which made me and my daughter had diarrhea. The glass table not secure which broke and cut my husband’s leg and they still making pay for the glass because no one can prove the table was not secure. What kind of service was that? We were very very very disappointed. Don’t come here for a quarantine stay.

Was expecting way more from the quarantine hotel, the worst point were the quarantine food ( you can literally go to any cheap streetfood and it would be 100 times better) and the internet connection quality is not very good as well, sometimes I get disconnected with no reasons for 2/3 hours. The bed is not very comfy as well Besides that the room were nice and big, the bathroom was nice too and the seats were good too

I stayed here for quarantine for two weeks. 14 nights, 15 days. I want to give shout out to the staff here. They are friendly, accommodating and extremely hard working. My issue is with the infrastructure. I hate to say this, but... a Taiwan 4 star hotel at a normal price of $9500 a night per room HAS to be better than this. Top Issues: Internet. The WIFI is unstable. I spoke to the IT of the hotel. Apparently, there is a router issue. You can only connect ONE machine to the internet or else its unstable. Even if you do connect one product, i.e. my Iphone, the internet is still unable. I researched into this (I have 14 days), and the router is a box behind the TV. I spoke to the IT again on this and there is a work around for this... (without giving it away, please talk to your IT). You can use the Ethernet. Again, 14 days without steady internet is rather annoying. Hot Water. In my taiwan home, hot water is HOT. Scalding hot. There is a nice bath tub. And, I was ready to rumble in the tub. And, the water is not hot. The engineer came and blamed peak water usage. BS. When I use it at non peak hour , 2am, water is still not hot. If you take a brisk shower, its pretty decent. taking a bath... nah... The positives. Food is amazing. The food served by the chef here is awesome. Staff: Amazing. Responded to my requests and inquiries. Friendly. Helpful. All deserving of salary increase. Noise: Love it! Its a quiet hotel. And, you dont hear the scooters roaming by. Air Quality: Awesome. There is a small balcony which You cant access. But, you can open the sliding door enough to have fresh air. Space: hotel room is very spacious (for Asia standards). And, The bed is very comfortable. I slept well here. I enjoyed watching the TV and I had plenty of time to meditate and enjoy my inner voice. During the quarantine, I didnt find it very boring. I kept myself busy and the hotel room was a world of its own. Would have been 5 stars. However, unstable internet really annoyed me.

Checked in this hotel during the height of pandemic. Not much housekeeping to mention due to the quarantine regulations. Room and meals are about US$100 with 3 meals a day, plenty of toiletries and mineral water supply. Communication with the front desk via the very popular "Line" application. Response is within minutes if not immediately. There are places needs to be updated, the carpets, the windows, the sheds, the TV, but not the hospitality! Wonderful and heartwarming staffs help keep my sanity during the 15 days stay. Which any traveler will find it helpful while away from home. Highly recommended for a midrange priced lodge.
