J	Jericha Cher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel have high stars for comfortability. Breakfast food is also amazing. Window view showcases Taoyuan city view. Top floor have swimming pool sauna and gym. It also offers a garden in different floors. Totally amazing experience staying on this hotel for one night.
P	Paul Personne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, breakfast : hot food gets quickly cold (absolutely all) due the fact no one (including personal) close back the individuals boilers boxes. So customers not arriving at early opening of breakfast get only cold food. Juices, well far away to be natural. Water + and very concentrated sugar something. Internet in rooms...I have not been able to connect with 2 different devices (android/laptop). Using data from phone and/as rooter from network provider, no issues. So I gave up. I stayed only one night. Personal is nice but standing obviously chosen by management is for the price... Well... much better away. Rating, not 2, not 3. Just between.
T	Tim Gladwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Fullon Taoyaun is adequate. It is easy to see that it was very nice at one time. The quality of the marble and granite in the rooms has stood the test of time. The room was clean. Like many hotels the air-conditioning turns off at night so the room is warm and stuffy. Service was very good, staff are excellent. Biggest disappointment was breakfast. Not the variety usually seen at a business hotel and they ran out of many items, which reduced choice even more. I would rank this hotel as just OK overall. Good if you have business nearby. The price is good. But if you do not mind traveling a bit further or paying more, then there are better choices.
L	Lynn Winterton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very centrally located for Taoyuan business. The staff is excellent and the service fantastic. The food is fine (not great; but fine). The breakfast buffet is adequate for all tastes and cuisines. Again, not the best, but very adequate - nothing in which to complain. The rooms are all dated and in much need of refurbishment; particularly the carpets (we had two rooms for two colleagues). The carpets are very worn and very dirty (filthy in fact). The beds and baths are very clean. If the carpets and floors were clean, I would rate the property much higher.

A little unorganized, we had a big party with many rooms, they expected us at a pre-determined time but we still waited a while for our room keys. Breakfast was mediocre, not sufficiently staffed, there are 2 large tables and the staff did not clean it for hours so we just ate on the table that was previously used by others. Had the presidential suite but the hot springs water did not work. However the pool is nice. Overall, it is just average.

Restaurant close at 2pm but was advised we had better make a reservation as soon as we entered the hotel front door at 1:15. However the restaurant was not busy at all, and the last order was1:30. It seems they don’t want too many customers. Service was good in the restaurant but cashier was slow. Won’t recommend.
C	CP Su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay overnight at a great rate with the subsidies from Taoyuan government! Cozy room with above average quality! The well trained staff are impressive! The complimentary breakfast is another plus!
