開車：可經由新竹內灣方向，走省道120進入尖石，續行該道，過嘉新大橋之後，即抵達福祿灣。
公車：可搭乘新竹客運[竹東-八五山]班車，於福祿灣站下車即抵達。

部落由來：
福祿溪在日據時代在今嘉新水泥橋南端東邊的台地，光復初期遭到暴風雨而廢社，移居到新樂對岸的台地，名稱仍為福祿溪。

Traffic information
By car: You can enter the Jianshi via Provincial Highway 120 in the direction of Hsinchu Inner Bay. Continue to the road. After passing the Jiaxin Bridge, you will arrive at Fulu Bay.
Bus: You can take the shuttle bus from Hsinchu Passenger Transport [Zhudong-Eight Mountain] and get off at Fuluwan Station.

The origin of the tribe:
In the Japanese occupation era, Fuluxi was hit by a stormy society in the early days of the south of the Jiaxin Cement Bridge. It was moved to the platform on the other side of Xinle, and the name was still Fuluxi.
