★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.買完玩具回去詢問電池問題，現場人員態度很差的回應：購買的時候我們都會提醒電池廠牌。但事實上我購買的時候根本沒說。
因為我買玩具是拿來送禮的，如果需要特定電池我當然會連電池一起買。
2.要求要到當天購買的結帳檯才可以處理。店員也不想幫你查詢是在哪個機台結帳。
導致收禮的人還要打電話來詢問我是在哪個結帳檯結帳，結帳檯也沒有分類，可能要畫地圖來表達。
不建議送禮來這裡買玩具，如果7天內有問題只好讓收禮的人拿去詢問，很丟臉，因為人員的態度跟對應很差。我是送禮人，真的對收禮人很不好意思、獲得這麼差的服務體驗。
