★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境很舒適～而且小班制上課老師可以很細心的教學，針對每一位學員做不同的指導～是真的有上了一堂課的感覺！以前上過健身房多人上課的那種是真的自己亂做也不會有人理妳的姿勢對不對????所以比起來落差感差很多

The one that has been to the gym with many people in class before is really doing it by yourself and will not take care of your posture, right ???? so it’s a lot worse than the difference
