★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s indeed very tasty combining Taiwanese noodle with steak. The shop is also proficient in e-payment. Only drawback is parking nearby is expensive (NT$80 per hour on weekend)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled on Noodle Lounge when searching for a lunch spot near the Shilin District Office. I was excited to see a more modern environment in the pictures along with a good noodle menu selection.
We were greeted by the husband, Derek of the husband + wife team. He kindly explained the menu and the special enzyme noodles that they used after asking if we'd been there before. We ended up ordering a spicy noodle with steak, a crispy chicken leg with tomato soup noodle and sesame tofu cold dish. All was really delicious and appreciated the homemade feeling along with the very hot temperature of the food.
Look forward to coming back the next time we're in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined here on Saturday evening after wandering through the night markets. Beautiful handmade dishes, great flavours, honest, authentic cuisine. Fantastic service and conversation. I really enjoyed my evening here and highly recommend dropping by.
