上網先做功課,對某產品有興趣,到現場看櫃上也有展示,但沒有電池根本不能試用,也沒有店員示範。店員(可能判斷我不會買?)介紹也只是隨意講一下,當時店內才一組客人,也不忙,感覺超敷衍⋯ 我真的很想買但是不了解產品門市態度又這樣⋯覺得品質可能堪憂⋯⋯擔心會不會買了容易故障客服又消極處理呢?
