竹筍是難得的清淡，吃得出清甜味，我很喜歡。
我們不喜歡炸溪蝦，改了紅燒豆腐，味道不錯，豆腐很嫩。
鹽酥溪魚炸得很酥，麵皮薄，沒甚麼腥味。
油雞配的桔醬很不錯，老闆娘說是他們試過後，特地選的，金桔味非常重，酸得挺爽口 XD

The orange sauce with the oily chicken is very good. The lady boss said that they specially selected it after they tried it. The kumquat flavor is very strong and the sour is very refreshing XD
