整個動線跟流程都有非常大的問題
還有人手的安排也都是大大的缺點
開業那麼久了，卻一直都沒想到改善
這間的老闆也是滿屌的…
鍋子一個不夠不就用兩個就可以改善
炸物的流程跟人手的分配在改一下
一定可以進步很多的
設備都用那麼高級了
卻不懂得最簡單的客人要求
時代在變，不與時俱進
最終會被淘汰的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家一定是安平必吃的超讚鹹酥雞啦！自己家人都超愛！就在郡平路與健康三街路口邊！螃蟹、溪蝦、虱目魚背鰭、白嫩的炸魚鰾、白胖胖魷魚腳、無骨腿肉、三角骨，以上都是超級超好吃，再搭上鹹香、無油的乾香酥九層塔及洋蔥、蒜頭片配料就超無敵到銷魂、升天了說！其它甜不辣、雞脖子、雞皮…等等等～不用多說！快…趕快衝過去買吧！
