非常差勁的店 第一次去換電池, 用2個月電池就膨脹, 連帶使機殼變型, 開機按鍵鬆動 第二次再去換電池, 開機按鍵被G爺弄丟, 之後多次打電話, 也不回應, 直接擺爛不負責 ==== 2020/ 11/ 25 // 店家:膨脹的電池已過新品保固期限也仍舊是個案免費更換 顧客:換新的電池,2個月膨脹,店家還有話說耶!! 所以是一個月保固期後沒膨脹,機殼沒變形,算我賺到是嗎? // 店家:收件當下就有反應電源鍵已不在原處 顧客:請問店家,拿到故障手機時,掉電源鍵這樣大的問題,不先和顧客確認?這合常理吧?! 機殼都拆了,才告訴顧客沒了電源鍵,這是哪國的維修? 也是因為電池膨脹, 機殼變型, 電源鍵才會鬆動。 要卸責, 也請提出合理的說法。 // 店家:有收到陳小姐要求代訂材料的訂單,也正在待料中,何來不處理? 顧客:事後我打電話去討論零件時,你們怎麼回覆的??????!!!!!!!!!!! 你們是回覆有零件嗎??? 你們是先報價, 然後要我再等, 不是嗎??? 待料待了四個月,有任何負責任的通知嗎?? // 店家:如果有其它不清楚的事項建議直接來電反應或到店處理! 顧客:時間有點久了, 請問"現在" "還可以" 待料?? 補零件,是嗎?!!!! // 顧客:我不是外勞,也不是移工,吃了悶虧會反應,訴諸公評。洗版是沒用的。

老闆很細心服務很好。今天幫長輩買了一支很舊型的手機有告訴老闆因為是82歲的老人要用的。就買了ㄧ支Nokia的老人機回家長輩不會用結鎖。我只好再回店內。服務員說是新機不能換知能用2手價回收1000我當時買1900回家長輩不會結鎖這樣就損失1000。我只想請問我未付錢時你打開還試用確定沒問題。我回家長輩不會結鎖要再換新手機你卻說二手貨。請問你打開試用給我看算不算已拆封了,再也不會去了。真是爛店剛剛去服務很好。買了手機有問題就變了,再也不會去了

非常爛的店家.超爛的老闆!(自稱老闆) 花了7950買了蘋果6+中古機. 買了兩個月.手機根本完全聽不到.每次都要用擴音來講話. 視訊也完全都是壞的. 很多網路訊號都收查不到.很多功能也秀斗的.台哥大說網路一直是正常的. 昨天抽空去這店.老闆說是我的問題.還叫我去找別家處理我的問題.笑死人了! 不準我再貼錢換手機. 還說要嘛 再花更多的錢.再買他的手機!說我跟他買的這手機太舊太爛.他不回收.也不準我貼錢換 . 才跟他買兩個月.太舊太爛.為何還賣我7950元!真是太超極過份! 明明廣告大大的字.回收中古手機.而且還是跟他買的中古手機才兩個月時間. 現在說太爛太舊!硬是不回收他賣出的手機! 跟老闆講不到兩分鍾.馬上打電話叫警察來趕我出去.說我來亂的.(請要知道.中古手機是你買的才兩個月) 超級爛的老闆.態度超極差.完全不負後序責任. 千萬別來花近上萬元.買非常多故障的中古手機. 後續來的結果就是.跟老闆講不到2分鍾.就找警察來趕人. 給一顆星都給的太抬舉他了. 超級爛....! 昨晚馬上換我家人的手機.手機所有問題完全都變好了. 故障都是我的問題???? (看我阿嬸很好欺負嗎?) 講沒2分鍾.還叫警察來趕我 .故障全丟給我. 說這店買中古機一個禮拜後.完全不必負任何責任. 要嘛.就是花很多時間.精力再去找消費者基會處理.跟他買的手機. 購他買手機7天後.所有故障全都是自己的問題或找別家處理跟你買的所有故障問題????? 叫警察幹趕人了.我還能說什麼! 我說要給他店負評.他也非常跩的完全無所謂的樣子說.好啊!!好啊!!
