朋友家請這家「家和冷氣行」裝了大金分離式,從安裝到現在整整3個半月都是惡夢,一開始安裝就問題連連,實際裝修跟報價前完全不一樣,匆匆安裝完拿完錢就藉口還有急事,連測試都沒有就閃離,朋友自己開機,結果冷氣當下就完全不冷,更別提破壞裝潢,室內噴水,噴臭氣,到最後冷氣完全掛掉。期間大金原廠有來檢修,不外就是施工錯誤,接線錯誤等等,現在要請大金原廠徹底解決這個爛攤子了。請大家務必要找其他有良廠商安裝分離式冷氣,不然絕對惡夢連連。

[惡夢一埸,文長慎入] 108年6月下旬,請這家冷氣行幫我裝冷氣,我住在永安市場捷運站, 我裝的是一對二大金冷氣 ,是想著花多一點錢能夠一勞永逸, 至少幾年內不要有維修的困擾, 沒想到...........是一場非常荒謬而且 可怕的惡夢????。 1 裝冷氣前, 維修陳景裕老闆有先來我家查看過 因為我找他報修的,後來老闆跟我說這台舊日立十年了其實可以換一換了不然維修要每年都要花一點錢。 我就相信他的講法按照他的決定做。 裝機的過程當中, 老闆娘也就是陳先生的太太,才跟我講說這大金冷氣跟之前的日立冷氣不一樣, 有一台室內機 必須要換成另外一台(50換36,大換小), 我當場傻眼為什麼一開始不說, 到了現場裝機了才說 。 老闆娘也就是陳太太,我問他說那可以退掉嗎他就沒有辦法退, 機子退掉他們要囤貨 拜託我裝。 我想說算了, 只能勉強答應。 接下來,都已經把室外機都已經架好了才跟我說 。必須要再接一條線,所以必需把我家的裝潢打了好幾個洞?????,很扯。 我看事情都進行到這個地步了也只能這答應他們,但是他們打完洞之後接線卻吧 線外露, 線整個掛在天花板上面懸吊在那邊.........??? 我後來跟他們反應他們才再把它處理的,很不○K。 一開始裝機我還覺得天氣太熱了,我甚至還主動買飲料 去買冰的茶飲請他們喝,沒想到好心..........沒有好報 2 傍晚裝好之後 這家冷氣行的老闆娘說家裡有事,急著要走,連最後測試都沒有測試,就急著跟我收錢離開............當天晚上冷氣居然!!!!!不冷!!!! 後來發現居然是接線接錯了,很扯! 只好另外又來花時間把線路接起來 總算好了,沒想到 惡夢還沒有停????。 3 冷氣總算有涼的第3天 我在看電視的時候莫名其妙我的臉上有水滴 後來才發現那不是眼淚....是客廳的室內機,滴水滴在我的臉上!!!??客廳室內機接連開始漏水,我都有影片照片存證。 4,隔一天 房間的另外一台室內機居然也開始漏水了,所以把我裝潢的木板用壞,全部都得另外花$重新油漆過,大悲慘。 5 這家店家的老闆娘真的很不負責任, 有問題我後來再找他的時候他都跟我講說,叫我打電話給大金的原廠,跟一開始說有壞了找他們的講法完全 就是想逃避責任。 6 終於終於我擔心的事情來了, 才裝了一個月新冷氣真得........壞掉了, 才安裝一個多月,他就不冷了, 我打電話給老闆娘他跟我說,叫我請大金的原廠來處理 我只能直搖頭,唉...........他們的售後服務原來就是這樣。 這個跟男人的爽完不理有什麼不一樣嗎?? 7 大金的原廠來檢查之後跟我說冷媒外漏但是很奇怪的是一般新的機器不太可能會這樣,所以應該是一開始安裝上出了問題, 所以 [這家冷氣行在安裝上的技術 是有問題的] 導致我是後一直得花時間在處理後續 8 大金冷氣幫我重灌冷媒之後後來好了一個多月而已,就在9月下旬 冷氣又開始不冷了而且會發出臭味, 因為家和冷氣老闆娘後來也不太理我了,所以我決定我直接請大金原廠來幫我檢查 檢查後才發現我的室內機的蒸發器裡面都結冰了! 對室內機打開,真的結冰了很誇張!!!!!!!! 也就是冷氣真的又壞了 9 我接下來會直接和大金的原廠聯絡,我不會再和這一家冷氣行來往, 因為老闆娘實在太現實太不負責任。只是要跟大家說,安裝一開始如果出了問題, 這台冷氣真的之後可能會出很大的問題,所以請大家慎選安裝的 經銷商,以上是我在 今年遇到的慘況。家和冷氣工程行的 售後服務及技術真的很糟糕 From...民國108年9月30日 王先生
