★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於學校圖書館6樓，與圖書館A棟6樓的「海山學展覽館」比鄰，可經一廊道相通。展示國立臺北大學從1949年「臺灣省立行政專科學校」以來的沿革與變遷、學術研究成果、校友發展成就等等。除文字介紹外，尚有相關文獻、文物、影音等展品呈現。總體分為五大展區，以「鳶飛三角湧」五字為名，共分為五大主題，分別為「鳶舞」（學校宗旨）、「鴻飛」（學校組織）、「三光」（校園生活）、「角芒」（教學成果）、以及「湧長」（展望願景）。除此之外，還有教室模擬、多媒體區、以及由歷史學系負責製作的口述歷史成果作品放映。提供參訪者瞭解臺北大學的沿革。
 Located on the 6th floor of the school library, it is adjacent to the "Haishan Xue Exhibition Hall" on the 6th floor of Building A, and can be connected via a corridor.
