GANACHOCO 格那修創辦人沈師傅，結合過去飯店以及二十多年的烘焙資歷，2012年從工作室開始，一年後正式成立位於懷恩街的實體店面。
2019年五月底店舖整修約一個月後重新開幕，融合眾多元素打造成新古典風格。無論是在甜點的創作上還是店舖的風格設計，師傅都強調裝飾細節的細緻質感，並以不同色塊來表現色彩的對比視覺效果，同時也符合店舖典雅的層次美感。為了讓顧客感受到溫暖且具高品質的商品，沈師傅不怕改變，總是不斷地學習、迎接新挑戰，而「自然才是美好滋味」是他不變的初衷與生活態度。
店內人氣商品之一的「招牌生巧克力蛋糕」，正是師傅將專屬於格那修味道的巧克力變成是融入生活感動的最佳寫照；以72%巧克力製成，入口即化的口感，讓人深受吸引的濃郁魅力，只要細細品嚐即可體會那位於舌尖上，溫潤入喉的樸實之美。除此之外，「鮮奶油蛋糕」也是格那修的主力商品，從節日限定、季節水果、各式茶葉到慕斯...等，提供多樣口味滿足顧客的需求。目前也針對市場以及環境的變化研發霜淇淋，預計將推出冰淇淋蛋糕。
從廣告設計到烘焙產業，本質不曾改變，沈師傅始終了解，甜點，雖然不是必須，卻是帶給人幸福、心靈與精神慰藉的最佳良藥。

然後不得不說，格那修我最愛的是馬卡龍
那個口感真的很不錯啊

第一次買的時候是因為需要四吋蛋糕，他們是少數有在賣四吋蛋糕的店，口味沒讓人失望，不會太甜，奶油吃起來不膩。
第二次購買買了伯爵蛋糕，茶味比想要中要淡一點，但是也一樣好吃，當季草莓很好吃，六吋蛋糕尺寸比很多店要來的高一些，所以份量有多一點。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台中知名的小甜點店，蛋糕是有得獎比賽過的，現在沒有賣吐司了，個人覺得他們家的蛋糕真的蠻好吃的，口味也都做得很好，奶油也不會很膩口，口味雖然不多、店面雖然沒有一般網美店好看，但是東西是真的好吃（但價位也是稍微高了一點點）此外馬卡龍的部分個人覺得也表現的很好，一顆70塊口味上做的都很精緻，吃起來不會甜到很膩而是十分有層次。是最近吃過蠻喜歡的馬卡龍，現在還有賣生巧克力，喜歡的人可以買買看

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人過生日剛好是草莓季的尾聲，當然不能錯過這個機會，所以挑了一個滿滿草莓的蛋糕慶祝。
蛋糕本身軟嫩好吃，包覆的香草卡士達微微的甜剛好順口，完全不覺得膩口，感覺可以一個人吃掉一整個蛋糕；切開後內部也是滿滿的草莓夾層，真是太超值又有幸福感。
店裡還有其他口味的甜點蛋糕，像是伯爵紅茶、巧克力、杏仁、馬卡龍等等，還有人氣商品之一的「招牌生巧克力蛋糕」，看起來都很不錯啊。以後想吃甜點或是蛋糕再來買其他口味試試看，畢竟甜點就是帶給人幸福與精神慰藉的最佳良藥啊！
