★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great beef noodles! I would recommend trying the dry beef noodles as this was more flavourful than the beef noodles soup. Might be difficult to order for those who do not speak Chinese but picture menus are available at the counter. We waited for about half an hour during dinner time as the place was packed. Definitely worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm no expert on beef noodles, so I can't say how these compare, because I tried only three in Taiwan, but they are delicious here nonetheless. The noodles are bouncy and perfectly cooked and the beef tender and delicious. We came around 130 pm on a Sunday and there was a substantial line, but it moved quickly. You line up, order, pay, and then they seat you and bring your food a few minutes later. English and Korean menu translations available

Best beef noodle in town.
Not the usual herbal soup, just pure beef broth. I find the dried one better.
NT100 for a decent size portion promised to fill hungry stomachs.
We stayed in nearby hotel, will surely go back again.
......
So good we are back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to be honest with this place. We were excited about visiting this place with all the hype. We waited 20min to enter the store and an additional 30min for the food once we ordered.
Was it worth the wait? Both dry and soup noodles were cooked just right. The soup was rich, hearty and flavorful without the oiliness. The prices are reasonable and the side dishes (cucumber), refreshing.
But, the truth is, it's almost like many other beef noodles you get all around Taiwan. In fact, there are a few lesser known local shops that we believe have even better broths and more tender meat.
Is this place worth trying out if you're nearby? Of course.
Would I visit again? Probably not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing noodles, soup and pork feet! I’m not a fan of pork feet, but theirs is very tasteful. The soup I never regret even in the summer. Price is compatible with the portion, the beef noodles with or without soup have no complaints about the size, my friend asked for no soup noodles and she was very full at the end. They sell small portions of algae, shoyu tofu and greens. They have a parking lot and air conditioning inside the store, come early cause on lunch hours usually is very crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Taiwanese beef noodle in town while the soup looks more light compared to those strong flavor one, quite good.... more healthy! The soup for the pork leg one with more soya sauce flavor.
The beef tendon is soft but not the very very best one; while consider the price and huge portion, it’s very fare enough.
The side dish is nice too. I love dried noodle than the soup one actually.
P.S. the garlic sauce is too strong for me; will prefer to have the noodle alone.
