牛肉麺の看板ですが、餃子【水餃】もあり、もちろんチャーハンもあります。
皆さん、牛肉麺をすすりながら頂いているのは、中華ソーセージ、練り物の天ぷらを刻んだものとホルモン、味付け煮玉子を刻んだもの、それに昆布を合わせた物が人気でしたね。
もちろん牛肉麺はサッパリと美味しく、テーブルの自家製辣油を垂らして頂くのがお勧め(^-^)
岡山は山羊肉や豆板醤が有名ですが、牛肉麺も美味しいですよ。
