Nice and clean store but not fancy indoor. Green onion pancakes are soft and not greasy. Tomato beef noodles including tender stw beef are tasty. Try them fisrt if you visit here.

Dumplings, beef noodles, and fried rice are known for this restaurant. I recommend beef soup with tomatoes and fried noodles. Reasonable price and clean environment are also niches in this restaurant.

The top dish of Kan Restaurant is their Peeled Tomatoes Beef Noodles. You could feel a bit sweet in your first sip of the soup of their Peeled Tomatoes Beef Noodles. It’s better to focus on noodles and handmade pancake with Spring onions.

Place serves up tasty and authentic knife cut noodles - specializing in a tomato-based broth version. You can't go wrong with the food selection here but I recommend getting their beef noodle soup, fried pork chop, and a green onion pancake. Prices are cheap so be aware that the place is packed for lunch so be sure to get here early or call ahead for to-go orders.

An excellent place to try out the typical yet special Taiwanese cuisine: beef noodle with tomato soup and knife-cutting noodle. The special noodle adds a tenacious texture to the dish and the tomato soup makes it healthier (at least taste like that). You can always see staff peeling tons of tomato just outside the place. This makes the tomato soup in front of you much more convincing: that it is not made of ketchup. However, the secret specialty of the place is its fried rice. Try it and tell me you don't like it -- not a chance! Overall, a good place with fair price. Totally recommended.

Unlike other restaurants and vendors, their noodles are not uniformly cut by machines. Instead, they are "knife-pared", which adds firmness to the noodles (at al dente) and pairs well with a lot of their noodle-dishes. I had their signature tomato beef noodles today. It was served in a good portion and with nicely cooked, thickly sliced beef. The addition of tomatoes in the broth gave the soup a refreshing flavour after every bite. Their tomato beef noodles are a must-try when you are in the area. This dish really stands out from that from other places. I visited during lunch hours today. Although they were really busy and slightly packed, they still managed to keep the place clean and the pace quick -- something unlikely in Taipei. My order was served within 15-20 minutes.
