清水高美自行車道是利用清水大排的防汛道路及堤頂規劃而成，沿線經過的海岸美景及豐富的生態已成為愛鳥人士的新興賞鳥據點。
 The total is about 1.8 kilometers.
The Qingshui Gaomei Bicycle Path is planned by using the flood control roads and the top of the embankment of the Qingshui row. The beautiful coastal scenery and rich ecology along the route have become a new bird-watching base for bird lovers.

I rode around the entire area on my bike and didn't see much to make it worth the visit, and certainly nothing I would describe as a "wetland." Perhaps if I had been able to ride on the internal roads there would have been something interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the place recommended to visit once you arrive at Taichung as it is nearby the airport. Definitely go for the sunset where it will be the best view. Make sure you study on how to go and back as transportation in Taichung is not as frequent and easy compare to Taipei. Expect strong wind and try avoid winter as you will have less chance to see the perfect scenery.
