★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二訪GC關新店了，終於買到季節限定的草莓可頌。
樓上用餐環境很優雅乾淨，雖然每次來都要排隊，但可頌酥脆扎實，和台北總店一樣好吃（同一個中央廚房）
最推原味可頌。
 The second visit to GC closed the new store, and finally bought the season-limited strawberry croissant.
The dining environment upstairs is very elegant and clean. Although you have to queue every time you come here, the croissants are crispy and solid, as delicious as the main store in Taipei (same central kitchen)
The most recommended original flavor croissant.

個人覺得貝果比可頌好吃。
The mass-produced bread made by the central kitchen is delicious but not surprising, and there is no incentive to repurchase.
Personally, I think bagels are better than croissants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天第一次購買，由於試營運期間(至2/13) 9折，所以架上的每款可頌和其他類別的麵包幾乎都拿了一個。
服務人員都很親切，托盤與夾子有消毒過才供客人使用。店員有提供回烤建議的小卡片，很貼心。官方LINE裡面麵包、蛋糕型錄也提供得很完整??
結帳櫃檯只有一台收銀機，需要排隊等待。
不曉得是不是因為使用手機載具的關係，我沒有拿到POS機的明細，所以沒有辦法核對店員的結帳金額。希望能改善??
可頌回烤後很好吃，蘋果派、可麗露、香蒜短棍也值得一試。
店面樓上有內用座位，有機會再去喝咖啡吃可頌。

Croissants are delicious when baked, and apple pie, crelo, and pesto sticks are also worth a try.
There are interior seats upstairs in the store, and there is a chance to drink coffee and eat croissants.

選了基本的原味可頌、台灣茶可頌、楓糖可頌、肉鬆方塊及巧克力可頌。
1. 當天吃，只要微烤幾分鐘，皮酥內軟，相當有香氣，也夠沺?是我喜歡的可頌該有的樣子。
2. 冷凍後回烤，一樣好吃！就是冰的時後要小心，別壓扁了，會影響口感。
3. 肉鬆方塊的肉鬆雖然不多，但吃的出來油有特別處理過，非常的香，可以一次吃兩個！
聽說剛開幕時，排隊排的可長了，現在應該比較好買。

媽媽表示好吃！
但我最喜歡的不是可頌，是蛋糕，非常精緻可愛好拍照的「大吉大利?」，吃得到檸檬、柚子、巧克力，層次感滿分?又不會過於填膩！我很喜歡?
