★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is really to compliment one of the stylist's, ruby. We walked into the salon without an appointment on a Monday and I wanted to have my hair dyed. Ruby patiently explained what the realistic, achievable outcome would be, which was a little different from what I had originally envisioned. This was due to previous bleaching I had done some time back at another salon and was not her fault at all. In the end I decided not to have my hair dyed. But I felt really Moved and impressed by her warm service. Even though she spent 20 mins just to consult with me she didn't show any disappointment or unhappiness when in the end I did not choose to proceed with the hair dyeing. This sort of attitude and service is quite unheard of in my home country, Singapore. Hence I would like to applaud her for it and tell her to keep up the good work!

I got haircuts from this place before, and both experiences were pleasing and they did exactly what I asked for. I went there today with confidence and told them what I wanted with pictures of reference and continuously asked to not cut it too much. They did, they left me with something completely out of the line of what I asked for and that does anything but complementing my facial features. I look round, square and terrible. At least when I told them they were cutting it too short the lady stopped and after I explained to them that what they cut was not what I asked for and they didn't charge me. The hair was cut appropriately but it's not what I asked for and I have to go around with this for a while until it grows.
