已經反映很多次,都沒有妥善處理,且屢屢發生同樣事情。 每次會員取票,常常票務窗口沒開,直接去櫃檯反應她們一直叫現場客,會員優先取票的權益一直在旁邊等都不會叫,剛剛坐20:55台北轉運到羅東,櫃檯小姐口氣也很差,不知道你們客運公司到底再跩什麼。

真的很誇張! 1710購票告知1715發車 結果都1716問站務人員是說車子還沒來等一下 然後1718才廣播車子會延誤? 請問到底有什麼障礙? 然後1725的就可以準時出發? 站務人員居然叫我補候位? 我有買票有位置坐為什麼要因為你們延誤改等候位? 到現在將近等了20分沒有一個人可以出來致歉?就放廣播? 到現在1735了都還不能上車請問有什麼問題?

常往返台北與宜蘭,格瑪蘭客運是我最常搭乘大眾運輸,班次很多,國訂假日人潮多都還會有彈性加班車,服務人員態度很好,買來回車票還有優惠。
I often travel between Taipei and Yilan. Gemalan Passenger Transport is my most frequent public transportation. There are a lot of flights. There will be a flexible shuttle bus when there are a lot of people on national holidays. The service staff is very good and there are discounts when buying round-trip tickets.

The Kamalan bus is a great way to get to the Yilan region. It's a very quick trip through the tunnel and is really cheap. Comfy seats, room for luggage under the bus, but no restroom. Buy your ticket at the kiosk on the main floor of the bus station and then head up to the 4th floor to actually catch the bus.

Of all the buses going between Taipei and Yilan, this one is the worst. They are surprisngly quite rude, don't give accurate information on arrival times, and operate subpar buses. The buses are among the dirtiest--on busy days they don't seem to clean much at all between routes and you can find snotty tissues or leftover food and wrappers in your seat. Not up to par with the other company's buses either, no power outlets and spotty wifi service. There is a very high chance that the bus driver forgot to "turn on" wifi, or the wifi is "under repair", or wifi "hasn't been installed yet". If you aren't offering a service consistently why advertise for it? One thing is consistent though, the staff are unbelievably rude. Don't misplace your ticket, because if so the bus driver will scold you and make a huge scene in front of everyone, screaming until you produce a ticket. Aside from the bus drivers yelling at their customers, none of the other staff are polite either--you'll be very lucky to get a thank you! Even though none of the staff speak English, they could still reply poliety in Chinese... but they don't! The staff openly fight with each other on who should give the little speech about bus info and collect tickets, but when one eventually steps forward, after the departure time has already passed, they'll grit their teeth and rush through the task as quickly as possible. I can understand that, nobody wants to step forward and have an appearance of responsibility over this terrible bus operation and face customer complaints, but it's very awkward for customers to see staff fighting with each other. It's also not uncommon to see a local losing it at the staff, complaining about the unsanitary conditions, misplacing a bag, etc. Furthermore, if you ask a question, they will only answer in a way to make their company look good. "How long is it to banqiao from luodong?" First person, no answer. Manager, "100 minutes" In reality it took 130 minutes and there wasn't even any traffic during the whole ride. For a transportation company, giving the wrong information about arrival time is not acceptable! They'll yell and lie to get you on their bus, it's obvious they only care about profit--not their customers.
