The restaurant is the former residence of Gen Sun Li-Jen, a highly respected military General. His achievements are well publicised at the entrance to the restaurant. The restaurant closes at 9pm,so we felt rather rushed by the staff when we visited at 7.30pm, but that's a minor complaint. The food was perfectly acceptable. Hard to classify whether it was Taiwanese or Guandong cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and unique place for wedding in Taipei! It's convenient (near to MRT 中正紀念堂 station). Japanese style house was beautiful. Staffs and service were friendly. Chinese cuisine was nice, especially the chicken soup and pudding. Had a awesome and wonderful wedding experience.
