某服務人員講話含糊，當時聽不太清楚問題是甚麼，但服務人員給人的感覺相當的不耐煩，好像我們欠他的一樣。
第一次租車就遇到這種態度，坦白說滿不爽的。希望日後會改善。
但我基本上以後不會在選這家了。
要怪就怪你們的服務人員。
會給兩顆是因為車子乾淨，但服務態度有待加強。

希望公司進行相關懲處

完全搞不清楚狀況...
帶我們的男店員如果您是新來不久，但至少出trouble時能聽到一句不好意思吧，反倒是您去請教的另一位女員工不斷的跟我們道歉。
原本訂的3大2小行李空間也被迫換成2大2小，畢竟當天的時間真的被耽誤太多。
如果態度不好但該有的服務有做到是可接受的，但是兩個都沒有...說真的對一個自認算是不難搞的客人來說，能讓我發出首次一顆心的您們是很難得的。
希望貴店能重視此問題，加強對員工的訓練，謝謝。
