一開始我問他車款，他說這款沒有了，要的話要幫我們調看看，就繼續敲打鍵盤，我以為他在幫我們尋找，等了一會～
我問 你在幫我們找車嗎？
業務 你可以告訴我其他你想要的車款～
我問號❓啊你不是說要幫我調看看，我在那癡癡的等，你爽敲著你的鍵盤，然後沒在幫我們查啊？
後來另一位還車的客人來～
業務立刻馬上說 你們慢慢看～我先幫那位客人處理
我心裡就X！有付錢很偉大就對了！
後來我就跟我朋友離開，你不屑我們，我也不一定要跟你租啊！現在租車公司那麼多～
啊你唯一得到的結果就是，我給你的好評☺️

遇到這樣的服務態度，擺一副老鳥樣像是什麼事你都該懂，做事不甘願的臉，完全降低台灣服務業水平，沒人逼你做，不想做不會有人留你。
P.S 早點轉行吧，這個行業不適合你

When faced with such a service attitude, you should know everything like an old bird, and you should be unwilling to do things. It will completely reduce the level of Taiwan's service industry. No one will force you to do it, and no one will keep you if you don't want to do it.

明明前一天預訂時留了身份證姓名時間手機號碼當天抵達跟我說沒預約？？？
還車的時候還問加油站在哪，沒網路可以查是不是^_^？勸大家不要跟他們租車啦，害自己受氣而已！

12/15～12/16 17號早上還車
車子使用上很順暢 上武嶺清境玩
只是內建的等級比較低 無法連接藍芽播放 沒有中控螢幕的那種
我覺得cp值很高 人員服務態度也很好
下次出門玩會繼續選擇格上租車

我應該不打算買車了，幫助改善一下交通，想玩的話，比較考慮坐高鐵到附近，在去格上租車，省下每年養車的錢，也不用長途塞車。
