★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried going to the store yesterday before it closed. But when we got there the shop was already closed. I was disappointed. The store hours stated close at 6 pm. I arrived there a little after 5 pm. It was a wasted trip and it rained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will do everything in their power make your life difficult or charge you more money. I see the price online and I ask about picking it up myself, since they are only 3 minutes away from me (literally right around the corner) and they say that if I want to buy in person, it will cost extra. So I ask about buying online and picking it up so I don’t have to pay extra for shipping and have to wait for the package to arrive, and they say “no, just buy online and have it shipped to you” even though I am on the same street as them!? I’m absolutely never giving them my money again. There are too many other options in Taichung to tolerate this bad service from GetSport.
