★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very personalized service and lotsa flexibility, the car was nice and the staff were always responsive to every small details or questions. They were very understanding when we made changes to our pick up and return timing cos we were with kids, even drove us back to hotel after we returned the car. We are very thankful for their constant assurance and hospitality, will definitely be back to use their service again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely excellent, accommodating, highly responsive customer service. I needed to cancel due to extenuating circumstances and they took care of me. Highly recommend renting from here.
A bit of advice to management: it would be helpful for the online registration to be more streamlined, to provide more guidance regarding where exactly to pick up and drop off the vehicle, to explain how much money the collision damage waiver will cover, and whom to contact for questions.
Overall, top notch service.

- easy payment of rent/deposit/highway-toll
Overall, we cannot complain about anything, especially because they were 40% cheaper than any mainstream car rental agency. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very fast in responding to my queries. They are also very friendly. The car that I rented was new and clean. Very well maintained. GPS was provided and the rental rate was reasonable. The staff who brought the car to me was thorough with his explanation and highlighted the potential road hazards to me. Although my trip was shortened due to my daughter falling sick, they accommodate to an early return of the car. I will rent from them again when I visit Taiwan again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented Toyota Vios for 4 days! The car was in extremely perfect condition when I get it, it makes me to drive carefully so as to protect the car better haha. The staffs of Gharry Car Rental were fabulous, very friendly and always have good reminder for us on parking, oil refilling and speed control. Compare all the car rental experience I had (Taiwan, Tokyo, Iceland, Finland, Hokkaido, etc), I think this is the best car rental company I have ever met. Thanks a lot for the great service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best rental cars i have driven in Taiwan. Their cars is almost brand-new like, it is well maintained, clean, reliable and safe. Almost all of the cars have built in safety dash cam, speed trap sensors and multimedia entertainment system. Also not forgetting good customer support from the Gharry Team (Amy and Mr Huang). Bookings can be done online to make things easier, pickup can be arrange accordingly. They have website in English as well. All in all Gharry is trustworthy, safe and amazing. Top of the line car condition makes them different from others. ??? #wekeepitrollin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their cars are very affordable for daily price. There only problem I came across is that they wanted $20000 in my Visa Card in order for me to book their vehicle. I ended up not taking it because they didn't tell me prior when I was booking it on their system.
