當天人都到了才說車子有狀況不能租 叫我換別台 換成小街魯之後 還發不太起來 電門還一度完全打不開 在租的時候跟店員確定價格也不知道 整個體驗有夠差

服務態度很讚,價格很實惠,老闆熱情健談。 今天換機油雖然發生了點小問題,但老闆立刻提供代步車,不只道歉(並不是店家的錯)也給予優惠,甚至幫我把車子巡視一遍還簡單清理過!雖然只是一些小動作,但從這裡就看得出這間店的用心,以後一定會多支持這間店的。也推薦給大家。

店內從白牌到紅牌種類眾多,而且車況良好,詢問後也會告知車輛顏色及里程,不像大型連鎖車行一樣死板,更有需多連大型車行都沒有出租的車,之前有一次預約遇上系統上的BUG,年輕老闆人很好也很會做生意,非常親切誠懇地和我道歉而且還積極的討論補償方式,和我在大型車行的租車經驗差很多,是我個人非常推薦的一間店。

1.【228連假不能預約單租沒有先說】 約了之後有打電話來告知,但店家也沒有把已經預約的紀錄取消,當天1小時前還收到取車通知,令人一頭霧水。 ▲回應店家回復,有打電話告知我上面也有提到阿,我並沒有任何誤會,只是覺得首先應該在FB就說清楚連假租車規則,一開始忘記寫也沒關係,電話通知完客人後,也應由店家把網路上的預約取消吧?不然明明就不給預約了,還收到取車通知,當下真心覺得有點小莫名QQ 阿就不給租還通知我幹嘛啦的感覺。 2.【沒有安全帽可租,希望可以提醒】 希望可以提醒一下沒有安全帽可以租 第一次租車,還以為現場應該都會有安全帽可以租 雖然可能常租的人都知道要自備 但還是希望可以在預約租車的時候提醒一下、或是在官網上寫一下 體諒一下有超級小白的客人,非常感謝。 (跟朋友約好了要來租車騎,我現場才知道沒有安全帽,朋友專程從台中上來約好一起騎車,不租很可惜只好馬上去買一頂....) 3.【從填單到拿到車,空等非常久】 第一次租車不知道流程, 在現場空等了許久不知道在等什麼, 一開始老闆告知要填單,填完後老闆說要等店員回來,卻沒有說下一步要做什麼,店員回來之後又去服務才剛來的客人...... 從11:50左右填單到真的拿到車出發已經快1點了,整整過了快一個小時,但我們表單上填的出車時間卻是12:00,整體感覺不是很好。 希望可以在牆上貼個租車的流程之類的, 填寫表單-->店家檢查車況-->消費者簽本票-->提供身分證、駕照給店家-->出車(開始計算時數)-->還車-->檢查車況-->付款+還本票 不然客人也不知道能不能騎了,還有哪些流程沒跑完還要等多久等等 店員也不會漏手續(只拍了我朋友的證件,忘記拍我的,還是我主動提醒的) 4.【店家態度良好,車況也OK】 老闆跟店員都很和善好聊,就是整體流程有點鬆散而已。租的R15、小阿魯、CBR150騎起來也都OK,除了CRR150的方向燈超難按,其他都很好 5.【總體來說不錯,有機會會再訪】 如果店家看了我的評論還願意租給我的話啦 6.【沒看到貓超SAD】因為1、3點扣了一星,如果有店貓就可以把一星加回來了(X
