★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my tube and tyre replaced at this shop, they might either fix it wrong or sell me a low quality products that on the next day, the tube and tyre blew up in side out when I was normally cycling on the street. The worst thing is, they don't take any responsible for any of that!!!

After a few months I bought another bike from a different AD and it came with pedals so I went back to the store to confront the owner and she told me that “I don’t remember exactly what happened, but I think we reimbursed you and you bought a more expensive pedals” Dishonest AD, buyers beware!

That’s different from other branches of giant.
It’s my experience from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing my post. Apparently I had run over broken glass the same day I replaced my tire. They were able to fix it and I've had no problems since. Only reason this isn't 5 star is because I had to pay for a new inner tube, which I had just replaced. They did give me a discount on the replacement tube though. They generally service the bike quickly. I haven't run into any issues where they were rude or uninterested in helping. The worst I got was when I asked to replace the tires they told me they were fine, when they were actually dry rotted and cracked. I don't know why they would argue with a customer trying to buy things from them. I insisted and they changed the tires for me.
