神木村神木，是一棵至今約八百至一千年歷史的樟樹，
神木樹幹胸圍約有十六公尺，高度有五十公尺以上，樹冠的面積更是達到兩百平方公尺，
是信義鄉民相當敬重的「萬年神木樟樹公」，
不僅成立管理委員會以保護樟樹公，
更在神木前擺上石桌、香爐與燭臺等物品，供民眾祭祀樟樹公，
並且在每年春節、端午節與農曆七月十五日時也都會舉辦大型祭典，主要是為神木村祈求平安與消災解厄
