★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to many Giant Stores and have gotten my bike smoothly without issues. This store didnt allow me to rent a bike even when I showed my ARC which has my passport number, thus SHOULD I CARRY MY PASSPORT WITH ME ALL THE TIME? I came all the way the way to Chiayi because I trust Giant the most and this day the service was POOR, NO ALTERNATIVES GIVEN and was never tried to contact a manager or other store. Moreover I could clearly understand they guy saying to his coworker "if he doesnt gave passport, then he can go to any other store if he wants to rent" in a very blunt way like if I was another foreigner. Indignated and sad to have this service and my first impression of Chiayi. If u blame me for not bringing my passport, well I wish u could make a more explicit explanation about it and also if there is no standard among the stores in GIANT then that just brings me more confusion and hence every store should explain their own rules.
