非常感謝店長及店員的協助,是一個很棒的服務體驗。 至該店做fitting,店長親自為我服務,也替我選擇了較平價的消費項目。 從檢查、調整、測試一直到我的反饋後再做修正,真的覺得是一間很棒的店家。在知道我是卡踏的初心者後,讓我在訓練台上練習上下卡之外,還替我檢查了卡踏的鬆緊及指導一些技巧。 請教了店員很多問題,也是不厭其煩的幫我解答、分享經驗,在離開前還用工具幫我把全車螺絲檢查過了一遍,真的很用心。 花小錢得到滿分的服務,住蘆洲捷安特的車友們歡迎來這消費。

From inspection, adjustment, testing to corrections after my feedback, I really think it is a great store. After knowing that I was a novice of the card, I asked me to practice the upper and lower cards on the training platform, and also checked the tightness of the card and guided some skills for me. I asked the clerk a lot of questions, and took the trouble to answer and share experience for me. Before leaving, I even checked the screws of the whole car with tools. It was really attentive. Spend a small amount of money to get a perfect service, and the car friends who live in Luzhou Giant are welcome to come here to spend.

Only the word "professional" can describe the attitude of service sales. It is worth a visit from the new store. The store manager fully understands the needs of the guests and does not necessarily recommend expensive ones, but he informs the guests the reason for the recommendation in his own profession to meet the actual needs of the guests. This is a rare buying experience in Giant stores

Standard Giant Bicycle shop with Giant's entire product lineup on display (not all colors though). The owner wasn't very helpful. He couldn't explain the differences in the bikes very well and talked very non-linearly. Also, I was asking about some of the other products, clothing, accessories etc.. and he wasn't very interested in helping with me those products. Kept telling me to buy the bike first then think about the rest. This does makes sense but I wanted to get a gauge of roughly how much everything would cost. Pointless for me to buy a bike without a helmet, shorts, shirt, etc... And its not like the shop was busy and the owner was trying to juggle multiple customers, there was only one customer in the store, me.

Awful customer service. Wouldn't let my child try the bike unless he bought it! Would you buy a car without test driving it? Would you buy a house without looking at it beforehand ? Another time, asked for help to pump up my tires as the valve wouldn't fit, he started cupping his ears saying "What? What? " Refused to help me, of course. Rudest person i have ever met in my life. DO NOT RECOMMEND !
