★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are awesome! I bought a bike just 3 days after I arrived at Hsinchu with no Mandarin speaking, but they tried their best to give me great service and support.
They also provided good safety tips in Taiwan too.
I revisited them two weeks later to buy a helmet. They did free check up of the bike on top of great discount to the helmet.
Great customer service and high spilit!! They ae good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful shop to buy a Giant bike! The staff provides great service and really goes above and beyond. After buying two bikes and a baby seat, the employee assisting us even helped is bring them home since we took the train there. The shop accepts American credit cards. We used MasterCard to pay. I think we paid a fair price for quality bikes and I feel very touched by the detailed care all the workers took to help us install everything!
