★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike rentals! It only cost us 150 Taiwan dollars for 24 hours. We were highly impressed by the customer service offered and how close it was to the train station. They offered great bikes at better prices than their competitors. Locks were included too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike was good quality, not brand new but very lightweight. I was allowed to test drive before paying. Bring identification to leave as security deposit. Service was very friendly, helped me map a route from Hualien to Qixingtan Beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a bike for 3 days, payed 1500NTD for a sturdy road bike fully equipped. A big thanks to the professional staff, able to speak English. I went back thinking there was a mistake with some payment, but I completely forgot that they borrowed me for free a helmet, some tools and a spare tire. I felt stupid for bothering them afterwards, a big thanks to them for handling with my mistake so courteously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location next to the Hualien Station. The rental bike shop does offer basic repairs, parts, accessories, and basic apparels. The store is very small. They have a lot of standard bikes for rent at very affordable prices. They also have some high end road bikes for rent at high end prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a bit late with this review as it was in April 2019 we visited Hualien and our daughter teaching English there. Rented 3 Giant ebikes and they were awesome. We went everywhere on them, up the mountains all over town and the guys at the store were fantastic in helping us with the bikes. They were friendly and spoke English to help us out:) When we returned the e bikes we liked them so well, we bought the same model new for our daughter to use her last 9 months there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented two road bikes for the second time to do a third of the island trip (Hualien to Kaohsiung). Giant's service was great!
On the second day the one bike got a flat tire and after trying to fix it ourselves, we called Giant. Within an hour they were there with another bike and replaced the bike for us! We are so thankful and really appreciate the great service!
Doing a island trip is highly recommended and renting a Giant bike is a MUST! ?
