★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked them to help me pack my bicycle up for shipping and they failed to follow directions and packed it incorrectly damaging the special shipping container I purchased from them.
Quoted prices for any service was extremely expensive as well, I recommend you go to any other giant store in Hsinchu
