★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Giant TCR Advanced Pro 1 at Bikingpoint.es in Barcelona in sep/2017 and brought it to Brazil.
One month later I noticed that the front rim was damaged. I don´t know what´s happened.
So I contacted the Giant´s representative in Brazil (Cicloreirinse) and the guy told me that it´s possible to buy another rim and I paid 50% to put a purchase order. It was end of october. The representative told me that the delivery time is about 30 days for manufactoring and 15 days for airfreight. Until now (end of january) I didn´t receive any information about this item. This is my first Giant and I´m having a very bad experience. Joao Marcelo
