★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 記得小時候第一台單車就是捷安特，結果帶小女兒要去調整一下坐墊高度(要收費ok)，順便要看新單車給大女兒，沒想到一開始對應態度就不是很好，尤其是對小孩，讓我對捷安特的服務很失望，不曉得是店家的問題還是個人的問題，後來去附近的另一家他牌的單車店,老板親切的服務讓女兒的心情好轉，希望此店家不要砸了捷安特的招牌。
 I remember that the first bicycle when I was a child was Giant. As a result, I had to adjust the height of the seat cushion with my youngest daughter (charged ok). By the way, I had to see the new bicycle for my eldest daughter. I didn’t expect that the attitude was not very good at the beginning, especially for children. I was very disappointed with Giant’s service. I didn’t know if it was the store’s problem or a personal problem. Later, I went to another bicycle shop of his brand nearby. The friendly service of the owner made my daughter feel better. I hope this store will not smash Giant’s. Shop sign.
