It claims to be the Flagship store of one of the biggest bicycle manufacturers in the world, but the store looks disorganized, the signs are not always complete, and it is difficult to understand the differences in performance between the various product lines.
It doesn't care or consider the user experience - it is just a store with lots of products in one place.

We have purchased 3 carbon bikes so far and been completely satisfied with each one. The professional one on one care that you receive is very special. Thank you Gaint for building a great product and having such knowledgeable technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must visit if you are a fan of Giant bikes and accessories. A big showroom of many bike models, and even a dedicated area for bike customisation and tests. Unfortunately we came at a wrong time as many of the items were either sold out or not in size, so we left empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite some bikes in the store, which was nice. But next to that the store was quite messy, and the staff didn't even look at us. Just skip this, this has nothing to do with a 'flagship store' experience. There are a lot of stores in Taichung that are much more worth visiting
