I said can I place an order, they said no, we don’t know when we’ll have more. Really? Didn’t offer to take my phone number down or offer different options. Nothing. Then we just stood there in awkward silence. I’m thinking... I guess he wants me to leave now. Worst service ever! They’re lucky they have a solid product, Bc if their business depended on service..... they’d be chapter 7 or chapter 11 BK

I can’t say enough about the customer service here, he made my experience and trip to Taiwan so much better and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for bike service to contact giant Nanjing and Sam in particular. He even assembled and helped me pack the bike carefully for the airplane when he did not have too. Thank you very much Sam and I wish you the best, Giant is lucky to have you as an employee and I hope everyone can have the same experience that I had!

I have greeted the people when entering! No response. I have waited precisely 28 min before one of the 3 guys approachs me: "you need something?". Sorry guys I will go to Trek!

Mr. Xu helped me change pedals on my road bike, isolated and fixed a squeak, and adjusted the front and rear derailleurs on the newish bike without even being asked. Expert and courteous service, fast and inexpensive. Highly recommended!

Especially Jimmy is the fountain of knowledge when it comes to cycling gear, his English level is also probably the best I have heard in Taiwan. All in all, great experience, cant wait to explore Formosa on my new bike now!
M	M Fraser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two bikes here October 2019 (for my kids) to take back to Canada with me on the plane. Bought a bike for myself at this store as well August 2018. Really attentive and good advice from sales staff (tallish guy with glasses) who took care of every aspect including printing out a VAT/tax refund form and calling the cab company to arrange for a minivan to take me and the bikes to Taoyuan Airport the following week. I can't speak for the service department staff but I had very good experiences with the sales staff last year and this year.

Eventually picked up new giant propel advanced 2019 hand delivered at hotel.
