★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, but employees refused to allow a test ride and didn't seem interested in selling any bikes even though my wife (who is Taiwanese) and I were trying to ask questions about ebikes and were there for some time looking at different e+ models.
Maybe it's just me, but as someone who has worked in sales before, I at least expect sales representatives to ask qualifying questions especially when a customer is showing deep interest in specific products.
Just felt brushed aside and I would blame it on language barrier to some degree, but I was shopping with a native speaker.
In summary, go to this shop for a wider selection from the company but do not expect excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanic over tightened the screw on my handle bar stem and broke it. He then blamed it on my bike and said that I must have purchased a fake. Didn't even offer to resolve the issue for me. So basically he's saying it's my fault that he broke my brand new bike. Don't go here!
